Eduard Potapenkov. Travels

In the minds of almost every modern person, vacation is somehow connected with changing places and contexts. We strive to "switch" from the routine of life to some other exotic experience. In times of war, almost every soldier and civilian dreams of a change of scenery. We all dream of a vacation that is as comfortable as possible and as far away from the traumatizing realities of today as possible. But even in our dreams and dreams of relaxation, the subconscious mind throws traumatizing artifacts of wartime realities at us, reminding us of living in one of the greatest humanitarian disasters and war crimes of the 21st century, which is the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Despite its illusory and phantasmagoric nature, this project is also a reflection of its time and era: the era of panic attacks, post-traumatic disorders, the era of struggle and dreams of victory.
