Serafym Charkin (born 1945, Sumy) is a well-known Ukrainian artist. He graduated from the Leningrad Art School named after V. Serov in 1973, where he studied under M. Holdin. He has participated in numerous art exhibitions in Ukraine and Europe. In 2017, he was awarded the title of Honored Artist of Ukraine. He lives and works in Odesa.
