Payment procedure

For sellers

Your money will be ready for payment as soon as we receive confirmation that the buyer has received the work of art sent by you and has no claims on it within five (5) days.

You should log in to your personal office to request a payment and go to the New Payout Request link that is located on the toolbar.

You can request payment on a bank card or your current bank account.

For buyer

If you appreciate the artwork and you want to buy it, you should notify the seller so that he can give us a confirmation that the artwork is to be sent to you. You will also be notified of the final costs, including shipping and the invoice to be paid.

You can pay online by credit card or by bank transfer during the order making process.

Once your payment is processed, you will receive a notification of this step via email.

You will receive a tracking number for tracking your mail as soon as we pack and send your package.

Art2080.com Platform transfers money to the seller only after confirmation of receipt of your order. Until that moment, they are frozen as a guarantee that if the goods are not received (receiving the wrong goods or receiving goods of inadequate quality), the money will be returned to you.

On our website, we give prices in US dollars. Nevertheless, Art2080.com platform unites buyers and sellers from all over the world, our resource has a built-in currency converter. You can enter data in any currency convenient for you, and the converter will count them automatically.

Possibility to negotiate a discount with the seller

Vendors such as artists, galleries and collectors can offer discounts independently, depending on their marketing policies, and can negotiate the details of the order with potential buyers. We recommend you clarify the possibility of negotiating this issue directly with the seller.

Why is the price not listed everywhere?

Only salespeople can indicate the prices of works of art. If there is no information about the value of the artwork you are interested in, you should specify the price from its seller. Keep in mind that some vendors provide price information only upon request.
