Acrylic and oil on canvas

On May 3-4, the second All-Ukrainian Art Market of Professional Art will take place in Kyiv at Lavra Art Gallery. The event will bring together the best projects of Ukrainian and international galleries, such as Goldens Auction House, ART2080 Platform, NU ART Gallery, Dymchuk Gallery, Mironova Gallery, RA Gallery and others.
The Art Market will feature the works of brilliant Ukrainian artists whose art is also known outside of Ukraine — Anatoliy Kryvolap, Oleh Holosiy, Dmytro Kavsan, Ihor Husiev, Oleksandr Roitburd, Ivan Marchuk, Vasyl Tsagolov, David Burliuk, Mykola Glushchenko, Roman Selskyi, and Tetiana Yablonska.
During the event, the guests will be shown a film about the Ukrainian master of black-and-white documentary photography Oleksandr Hlyadelov, who has been creating a unique chronicle of our time since the early 80s. Filming the wars in Transnistria, Chechnya, Azerbaijan, and documenting the Russian-Ukrainian war since 2014, Oleksandr was convinced that a full-scale Russian attack on Ukraine was inevitable.
"Hlyadelov is a film of observation, a film of peeping. Travelling with the photographer from Kyiv and Bucha to Kharkiv, Odesa and Ilovaisk, from the 1990s to 2022, from street children to the terrible wars unleashed by Russia, the viewer becomes an interlocutor of the film's characters. And together with Oleksandr Hlyadelov, they go from the inevitability of the events of today to the confidence in the victory of good.
