The Flower of Love is a ritual of self-rebirth, where the body becomes a temple and the flower becomes an eruption of the unconscious breaking outward.

The sculpture embodies a moment when the inner process of transformation can no longer be contained: it sprouts, taking on shape, color, fragrance, pain, and pleasure.

The body is seated in a pose of deep concentration — gathered, grounded, silent. In its stillness one feels tension, as if the body is holding something immense that is on the verge of bursting forth.

This tension finds its release in the flower — a complex, baroque, fantastical, multilayered form that combines the fragility of petals with an almost explosive force. It evokes at once living flesh, tongues of flame, coral structures, and internal organs — everything that carries the memory of life.

This image is timeless and genderless: the body does not indicate a specific sex, and the flower is not merely a plant. It is a myth about human essence itself, about the ability to be reborn again and again — through love, pain, eroticism, loss, joy, and its shadow side.

The colors — from muted flesh tones to saturated reds and pinks to cool blues — create the effect of a "living metamorphosis": as if the flower is being born before one’s eyes, shifting the temperature and energy of the surrounding space.

This sculpture speaks of love as an element — dangerous, tender, seductive, destructive, and restorative at the same time. Love that does not diminish but expands. Love unafraid of its dark layers. Love that changes the shape of the body and reveals its true power.
