All shoppers are reminded to closely learn the conditions of return or exchange of artworks.
If you order an artwork in our shop, you agree to the Terms of return and exchange.
Article 9 of the Ukraine Law on Customer Rights Protection provides for the right of the customer to exchange a product of the proper quality for a similar product if the purchased product did not satisfy the customer by its size, shape, colour or for other reasons, which makes it impossible for the customer to use the product for the purpose.
The exchange lasts for two weeks, and the purchase day is not taken into account. The date of purchase is the date indicated in the fiscal receipt or consignment note. The product can be exchanged if it has been properly maintained, has proper commercial presentation and has undisturbed seals and tags. In addition, a customer must keep a receipt or another transaction document, which can confirm the purchase.
The closed list of proper quality products, which are non-refundable, was approved by the Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 172 of 19.03.1994.
In the absence of products with similar qualities in the shop, the customer has the right to:
It is important to take into consideration that products of the proper quality are paid for by the customer. The balance is returned to the account from which payment was made.
Steps those are necessary for the exchange of a quality product:
1. Fill in the application with the reason for return.
2. Attach a copy of the identity document (such as passport or TIN).
3. Attach a payment document confirming the purchase (a fiscal receipt or a copy of the payment receipt upon receipt of the delivery). The absence of a payment document certifying a product purchase and its date does not constitute grounds for rejecting claims. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to check our shop for product purchases.
4. Send the artwork within the original packaging to the address indicated by the seller.
Your application for exchange or return will be considered within two weeks from the date of purchase.
Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine on Customer Rights Protection provides for the right of the customer to exchange a non-conforming product and regulates subsequent actions of the customer.
It is important to take into consideration the artworks that we sell in our shop are usually made in a single copy and have individual features. Therefore, there are certain peculiarities in the process of such a product returning.
We consider the product to be of non-conforming quality if:
Money will return to the account from which you made the payment.
You check the appearance of the product and its completeness on the day of receipt of the product.
Claims for significant external deficiencies of the product, its completeness and commission presentation are accepted within two weeks of receipt of the order.
The customer checks the shipment in the presence of a representative of the service in the process of the product’s delivery. If the customer finds damage in the process of shipment examination, he should refuse to receive the shipment and form an appropriate document.
If latent deficiencies of the product are detected during its usage, the customer should:
1. Form an application for the return of defective products because of defects.
2. Attach a copy of the document that can verify the complainant's identity.
3. Attach a payment document that can verify the successful purchase and its date. If you do not have such a document, the shop reserves the right to verify the fact that you really ordered some product on our platform.
4. Attach a copy of the delivery receipt.
5. Send the returned product to the shop’s address with all documents that we listed above.
Your application will be processed within one week from receipt of the product and this application.
