This work combines the relationship between two conflicting religions and cultures.
This work combines the connection of two proto-conflicting religions and cultures.
Araf is, in Islamic eschatology, the space between hell (jahannam) and heaven (jannat), the fate of whose inhabitants can change for better or for worse.
The good actions of the inhabitants of Arafah have proved equal to the sinful ones and so they will remain in it awaiting Allah's favour. They will greet the inhabitants of paradise, longing to share their fate, and they will see the horrors of the torments of hell, begging Allah for mercy.
In the end Allah will spare them and bring them into paradise. Apotheosis - in Hellenistic Greece and ancient Rome denoted deification. The term apotheosis denoted the conferring of the status of god on a mortal human being through official ritual.
