You should carefully examine the packing box after receiving the package so that you can verify its integrity. If you find mechanical damage to the packaging, you should make sure that the artwork itself is not damaged. Then you can sign the invoice with the carrier.

If you unpack the parcel in the absence of the carrier’s representative of the company, you should video the whole process of unpacking the parcel (the shooting should be continuous). Only then will you be able to claim against the carrier.
