III. The terms of the artworks sale

The Website is a trading platform. The Administration assists the User in the sale of artworks on a reimbursable basis and allows the User to provide artworks on the Website and to offer them for sale to customers whom the Administration invites on the Website.

1. Administration promptly sends the User notification about the purchase order.

2. The User shall promptly confirm a receipt of that notification when notification is been given.

3. The Users contact customers by themselves and inform them about the conditions of sale and delivery of artworks, and then they discuss all details of the transaction. Customers must be contacted within 24 hours of the order.

4. The User undertakes to arrange delivery or postage to the customer, including to another city or state.

5. The Administration does not participate in the procedure of artworks sale and delivery to the customer, including delivery to other states, various types of expertise and other procedures that are mandatory for the artworks export outside Ukraine. The User and the customer specify the details of the delivery procedure and the payment of the necessary fees bilaterally, as well as the costs of artwork transportation and other additional costs.

6. The User informs the Administration about the status of negotiations with the customer by email.

7.  The User informs the Administration about the successful sale or purchase of artwork by email.

8. Upon the User notifies the Administration of the successful purchase (acknowledgement of order), the Administration shall pay for the sold product, less commission.

9. The User pays the Administration’s services for all purchases without regard to the deadline for the artwork sale placed by the User on the Website (at the customer’s first request as well as for all subsequent ones).

10. The Administration shall pay to the User’s account within five working days of the date on which the Administration receives the User’s request.
