I. The terms of the Website usage

1. The terms of behaviour on the Website

1.1. The User is prohibited from:

1.1.1. Register User Name, that violates generally accepted moral and ethical norms or is offensive to other users, carries advertising and abnormal language.

1.1.2. Register User Name, which is similar to an existing one that can mislead Website visitors.

1.1.3. Use animated avatars as well as avatars and other information containing advertisements, scenes of violence, threats (such as demographic, national, religious or political themes), profanity (such as insults and rudeness), debauchery (pornography) and discrimination in all its forms and manifestations.

1.1.4. Insult users of the Website in any form, such as any rudeness, personal insults and obscene utterances for anyone. The user must observe a respectful form of communication. Communication on the Website is bound by the principles of common morality and network etiquette.

1.1.5. Use obscene words and expressions in communication, including substituting symbols.

1.1.6. Post anyone’s coordinates or means of communication except User’s ones in any public sector of the Website, unless there is paid to advertise.

1.1.7. Manifest racial, political, national and religious animosities, call for crimes and promote homosexuality, terrorism, extremism, Satanism and other elements that are incompatible with common morality and decency.

1.1.8. Provide any information that defames, threatens, denigrates or insults other users or third parties, is fraudulent, infringes upon anyone's business reputation and personal or public interests.

1.1.9. Provide vulgar, obscene or pornographic information on the Website.

1.1.10. Provide addresses, passport data and other personal information of other users or any third parties on the Website.

1.1.11. Provide any information that violates the exclusive rights to the intellectual property of users or third parties.

1.1.12. Provide any other information that the Administration considers objectionable or inconsistent with the purpose of creating the Website, prejudicial to users and their sharing on the Website.

1.1.14. Provide images and text that negatively affect the appearance of the Website.

1.1.15. Provide text information with many grammar errors.

1.1.16. Provide the same type of information, some repetitive phrases, multiple identical or empty messages as well as address-dead messages, which clutters the site.

1.1.17. Provide spam and other messages not requested by the recipients.

1.1.18. Publicly make claims and discuss the Administration’s actions. If the user plans to appeal against the actions of the Administration, the user should do that via email.

1.1.19. Engage in a non-constructive discussion about the difference of users’ views. Attempts to continue the discussion blocked by the Administration are considered to be public discussions of the Administration’s actions.

1.2. Multiple registrations are prohibited, regardless of the purpose for which registration is made. This violation leads to the blocking of all accounts.

1.3. The Administration reserves the right, at its own discretion, to amend or delete any published information that violates these terms, suspend, limit or liquidate the User’s access to all or any of the Website sections or services at any time, for any reason or without explanation, with or without prior notice, without responsibility for any harm, which can be caused by such action.

1.4. If the User is inactive at the Website platform for a long time, the User’s account may be blocked or deleted by the Administration.
