Tamara Markivna Tkach was born in a peasant family in the village of Hlyboke, Tatarbunar district, Odesa region, where she graduated from an eight-year school.

She graduated from high school in the village of Dmitrivka of the same district in 1972.

In 1973, she entered the Odessa Pedagogical Institute named after K. D. Ushinsky at the Faculty of Art and Graphics. After graduating from the institute, she began teaching in the city of Artsyz at a children's art school, where she works to this day.

She participated in numerous city, regional and all-Ukrainian exhibitions. She also took part in international exhibitions "Sea of ​​Watercolors". Made several personal exhibitions of creative works.

During part of her creative journey, she made drawings with charcoal and worked in the watercolor technique. She also worked on tapestry and designed fashion collections.

Since 2017, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine.
