Within 24 hours, the seller is obliged to reply to the buyer. You should keep in mind that we can sanction you if you go beyond these deadlines (among them is downgrading and even blocking your account).

The seller must confirm the possession of the artwork in question on the buyer’s questionnaire. It should also specify the final cost of it, which includes the cost of packaging, shipping and other expenses. In addition, you should report whether you have this product or are selling it to another person.

After the buyer decides whether to buy your work or not, he will make the payment through any method we provide on our platform. A buyer who is unable to pay in one way or another has the right to agree with the seller on another payment option, but our resource is not liable for the security of such a transaction.
