Our life is like a movie. Sharp plot. Bright picture. Spectators worried about the main characters of the film. The whole world is interested in the final.

And now let's look at the film not from the side, but dive into it. What do the characters of the film feel? Not the ones everyone knows, but ordinary people?

Life is in chaos. If it was a dream, then we would be confused running down the street and asking ourselves: what happened? But you can't run like that for a long time, because you'll lose your mind very quickly. Therefore, it is a reality. And we are living in it.

Now is the time for everyone to stop. Look at yourself from the side. Think about what good you can do for yourself. Not for anyone else, but for yourself. Think about your emotional state for a second. What if we leave it for later? Then it will be too late to decide anything.

Therefore, the main thing to take care of in 2024 is yourself. Remember: if you do not have the strength, then you will not be able to help the others.

At least once a week do what you love very much. Let it be dancing, paintings or repairing. Just do!
