This Sunday, we will talk about music in cinema, rhythm, aesthetics, relevance, and presence in the frame. How does it work in documentaries, how do the director and composer collaborate, what is amnesia in working on a score? And the main question
from the title: when music happens, does it really soundtrack?
The lecturer is Maryana Klochko, an electronic producer, vocalist, and composer who explores the boundaries of the conscious and the unconscious. You have definitely heard Maryana's work in the films Stop-Earth and A Picture to Remember (and that's not all the film music she has written!).

The lecture will take place during the final hours of Mariana Klochko's exhibition at the Green Sofa Gallery! We will serve cold tea.
