For a long period of time, in my work, I have been working on the theme of the Ukrainian garden. It encodes a metaphor about power, spirit, traditions, culture, life of Ukrainians, love, beauty, respect for the land, beauty, and respect for their land.
We, Ukrainians, cherish a special love for our home, where we were where we were born, where every corner is dear to our hearts. Since long ago, Ukrainians have been decorating their homesteads, taking care of them for it, and spiritualized it. The garden near the house shows love for their place, for their ancestors, for future generations. The word “garden” has become a very meaningful word in my work. in my work. Each work has many allegories and meanings.
Even before the war, I was fascinated by this topic, but now, in such a difficult time, I continued the theme of the Ukrainian garden with clear understanding of what I want to convey to the viewer, what I think is important, especially today for each of us. With my works I want to draw the World's attention to the fact that we are a nation with an ancient history and customs, a nation that has preserved its roots at great the cost, a nation which fought for its existence and was reborn again. And today we are fighting for our existence, to live in love and harmony on our on our land.
For several years I have been working and developing the technique of of romantic impressionism, which allows me to express my feelings in the most to convey my impressions and feelings in the most emotional way. The theme of of the Ukrainian garden is endless in my ideas.
I propose to plunge into a quiet dialog with the painting. I sincerely hope to touch everyone's heart with my art.
Sincerely, the artist Anna Susharnik.
