Denys Tymchyshyn

As an artist, I am imbued with a continuous rethinking and search for what my art tells. As a human being, I have always been vulnerable to what is happening around me, interested in the problems of the world and people, their emotional states.

Today I am actively researching these topics and discovering them on canvas. My desire is to reveal and solve these problems, using art as a means to achieve these goals. Through my artwork, I try to convey a variety of psychological states, both positive and negative. My art aims to connect and take root with the viewer, creating an opportunity for everyone to find something familiar in my work for them. I believe that my work can become a common language that unites us and helps us understand each other. Through visual images, I strive to convey the power of emotions, suffering, love, pain, peace or control, everything that people experience, as well as to reveal different aspects of the human personality.

My artistic journey began with an in-depth study of iconography, a technique that allowed me to discover my aspirations in art, as I have always been passionate about details. Later I had the experience of monumental work in mosaics - it gave me an idea of scale, flatness and spatiality. Now I use the experience I have gained, I interpreted the sacred technique into large-scale canvases, using it I try to convey the complexity and depth of human emotions and experiences.

Through my works, I try to find inner strength, energy and beauty, as well as solutions to topical issues that are conveyed through feelings, emotions and various dimensions of human existence. My task is to inspire, delight and discover new sides of each viewer's personality, giving them the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of my creations and find something familiar and unique for themselves.
