Being an artist is a choice I make every day of my life. Every success, every achievement strengthens my decision to follow this path. We all express our thoughts and feelings. People have their own ways of doing this. I choose painting - this art form is my way of expressing myself, realising my thoughts and ideas. I prefer classical easel painting and the "alla prima" technique, which is the closest to the style of the classical Ukrainian school (O. Murashko, T. Yablonska, F. Krychevskyi), although I enjoy visiting exhibitions of surrealism and avant-garde. Personally, I am inspired by the inner poetry in everyday objects, in nature and in people. I want to depict this inner poetry. My experience as an artist is aimed at finding such figurative tools that would help me to reveal this inner essence of things, invisible to the uncreative eye. I try to convey an atmosphere in which I invite the viewer to share their feelings and experiences with me. Mastering the technique of painting is one of the most important requirements for me. It is my personal challenge. The question "how do you do it?" is important to me no matter what technique I choose. I depict emotions and human feelings with the help of light and colour spots.
