Vitaliy Dovgasenko (Vitali) was born on June 6, 1969, near the city of Drohobych, Lviv region.

In 1992, he graduated from the Ternopil cooperative technical school, specializing in artistic design of advertising.

In 1993 - 2009, the fates of the bags and pratsyuvav in Athens (Greece). Vyvchav painting at the masters of George Kudunis and Paschalis Angelidis.

Since 2006, Roku is a member of the Union of Artists in Greece. Member of the International Assembly of Artists.
