Anastasia Kurkova is a Ukrainian paintress. She was born in the warm steppe region of artist A. Kuindzhi - the city of Mariupol.

She graduated with a bachelor's degree from the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture (NAOMA), which is located in Kyiv in 2022 and master's degree in 2023 in the workshop of the rector of the academy.

The young artist started working with oils at the age of 13, and from the age of 14 she began to participate in exhibitions, in particular at the Mariupol Center of Contemporary Art and Culture named after  A. I. Kuindzhi in 2014, and later in 2015, exhibitions with her participation were held.

She was the winner of city and regional art competitions among schools in the Donetsk region.

In 2017, one of the works went to Japan to the "Charitable Aid to the Children of the World" center. 

She also took part in the exhibition at the NAOMA gallery on Andriyivskyi Uzvoz in 2019, and already on September 2, 2020, the first personal exhibition "The Color of the Soul" opened at the State Library of Ukraine for Youth. 

In October of the same year, a personal exhibition "Color Rhapsody" was held in the House-Museum of Taras Shevchenko in Kyiv. 

In 2021, she became one of the winners of the International plein air art competition "The best artist" and received the award "For service to art". 

In the same year, she took part in exhibitions at the Zaborovsky Gate "Sofia plein air 2021" and the exhibition dedicated to the 150th anniversary of Lesya Ukrainka at NAOMA. 

In 2022, she became a participant, winner of the "Grand with the director and founder of Prix" of all-Ukrainian and international art competitions: "Christmas Ukraine", "National Talent Parade", "Etude Vernissage", "Hands of Happiness" etc. 

She is the organizer and main artist of the "Kyivska Rus" art project, the "Kyivska Rus" park. 

She worked as an animator on the film based on the novel by Nobel laureate V. Raymont "Peasants" in the film company "Breakthru Film"

Currently, the artist is actively promoting Ukrainian-Polish relations and cultures of these two countries in her works.

In the summer of 2023, she was in the open air in Switzerland.

Her works are kept in private collections of Ukraine, USA, Germany and Poland and they are exhibited in Krakow "Galeria Ogrodowa" and different online galleries.
