The central motif in all the works presented is the image of geese.

The project aims to draw the viewer's attention to recognisable elements and symbols of Ukrainian culture. Geese in Marta's work have several interpretations: in different works, they symbolise migration, freedom or a connection with nature.

At the same time, the paintings reflect a certain personal history related to embroidery and ornamentation, where the image of geese is also often used as a traditional motif. For the author, geese are a rather original object for creative experiments with colour and texture effects, and different thematic contexts allow her to work on an extraordinary composition.
