Alena Kuznetsova

Alena Kuznetsova is a Ukrainian professional multidisciplinary artist who has been living and working in Kyiv since 2003. She has participated in Ukrainian and international projects and, since 2009, has authored 15 solo exhibitions and numerous group shows.

Alena works with painting (her primary medium), graphics, text, land art, photography, video installation, and ceramic sculpture. Through her art, she explores themes of nature, transformation, femininity, fragility, life, and death. She is interested in seeking balance between humans and nature, as well as in the role of women artists in the context of the events taking place in Ukraine.
