Born on March 1, 1965 in Lviv, Ukraine.

1981 - 1989 studied and graduated from the Lviv State Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts, Department of Art Glass. Teachers: Stefiuk I.V., Shymchuk M.O., Zvir O.M., Medvid L.M., Marchak V.F., Koropchak S.G., Vasyltsiv B.I., Halytskyi B.I., Voitovych B.I., Martyniuk S.L., Samotos I.M., Kudlaenko H.A., Mykytyuk I.

He has participated in more than 20 international and national plein airs.

Since 1989, he has participated in regional, national and international exhibitions.

Works in the field of easel, monumental painting, sacred art and graphics.

Since 1998, he has been actively engaged in research and teaching at the Department of Academic Painting of the Lviv National Academy of Arts, holding the position of senior lecturer at the department.

Since 2008, Mikula Ihor Yaroslavovych has been a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (painting section).

His works are in museum and private collections in Ukraine and abroad (USA, Canada, Poland, Switzerland, etc.).

He was repeatedly awarded diplomas and honors, including:
- Prize and Diploma of the State Administration of the President of Ukraine, December 15, 2005,
- the prize of the international exhibition-competition "Christmas Gifts", 04.03.2010,
- Diploma of the winner of the international competition SNAC (Social Network Art Competition) Ukraine, March 2013 and others.
