Volodymyr Odrekhivskyi has held over forty exhibitions in France, including at the invitation of fashion designer Pierre Cardin (1992, The Hall of Pierre Cardin, Paris).

Notable exhibitions include the 5th Paris City Hall (2003), the 1st Paris City Hall (2004), and the European Parliament (2005, Strasbourg).

 He has participated in over thirty art salons in France and received numerous international art awards.

In Ukraine, he has held several solo exhibitions, including at the National Museum in Lviv, and was a participant in the Great Sculpture Salons at the Ukrainian House from 2007 to 2012.
