Fedor Oleksiy Oleksiyovych was born on March 20, 1985. in the city of Uzhgorod.

From 1991 to 1994, he studied at Pidhorbsk primary school

From 1994 to 2000, he studied at Velykolazivsk Secondary School, grades 1-3.

From 1997 to 2000, he studied at the Srednyan Children's School of Arts

From 2000 to 2004 studied at the College of Arts named after A. Erdely of the Transcarpathian Art Institute

From 2004 to 2008 studied at the Lviv National Academy of Arts (LNAM)

From 2008 to 2010, he studied at the Lviv National Academy of Arts

From September 1, 2010, to the present day, Oleksiy teaches special disciplines at the Department of Design at the Transcarpathian Academy of Arts (Uzhhorod)

From 2015 to 2020, he worked as a teacher at the College of Arts named after A. Erdely.
