Vasyl Kadar was born in Transcarpathia, in the village of Sokyrnytsia, Khust district.
In his childhood he learnt the basics of artistic skills at the author's school of the famous Transcarpathian artist Laslo Hajda.
Then he studied at the Uzhgorod College of Arts named after A. Erdeli and the Transcarpathian Art Institute from which he graduated in 2014.
He was a prize-winner of all-Ukrainian student Olympiads and fine art competitions.
From a young age he has been participating in collective art exhibitions. In 2014 he held his first personal exhibition, where he presented more than 40 works of various genres and themes (mountain and rural landscapes, portraits, still lifes and plot sketches).
Currently he is participating in 5 personal and more than 50 collective art exhibitions.
Vasyl Kadar, a talented representative of a younger generation of the Transcarpathian school of painting, is actively working, gaining well-deserved artistic recognition in Transcarpathia and Ukraine.
