Serhii Dekalyuk was born on June 16, 1983, in the city of Zbarazh, Ternopil region.

In 2000 he entered the Ternopil branch of the Uzhgorod College of Arts named after A. Erdeli.

2004-2010 he was a student at the Lviv National Academy of Arts.

Since 2006 he has been a participant of local, regional, and international art exhibitions and competitions.
