March 1, 1961 - was born in the town of Shagonar (Republic of Tuva).

1977-1981 - studied at the Dnepropetrovsk State Art School.

1989 - graduated from Kharkov Art and Industry Institute

1990 - moved to permanent residence in Belaya Tserkov, where he lives and works.
