Golubev Viktor Fedorovich (1842 - 1903) - Russian engineer, industrialist, philanthropist, collector.

He took part in the construction of a number of Russian railways (Moscow-Kursk, Oryol-Vitebsk, Baltic, Ural Gornozavodskaya). In 1873, together with

 PI Gubonin founded the Bryansk Metallurgical Plant (now - the Bryansk Machine-Building Plant), served as director of JSC Bryansk Rail-Rolling Plants.

In 1887 V.F. Golubev and P.I. Gubonin founded a metallurgical plant in Yekaterinoslavl (currently - Dnepropetrovsk metallurgical plant).

According to Golubev's will, the Church of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos was erected in the village of Parkhomovka (Ukraine) (architects V. Pokrovsky and P. Blagoveshchensky; artists: N. Roerich, V. Perminov; mosaic works by V. Frolov's private workshop).
