Lysenko Mikhail

Mikhail Grigorievich Lysenko (October 16 (29), 1906 - May 8, 1972), an outstanding Ukrainian sculptor, People's Artist of the USSR and the Ukrainian SSR, Honored Art Worker of the Ukrainian SSR, Academician. In 1960 - 1971 he headed the educational and creative workshop of sculpture at the Kiev State Art Institute.
